Our small community of 12 homes woke one morning to an HOA-owned wall that was spray painted with graffiti. Carlsbad PD came out to file a report and let us know we had to remove the graffiti asap or the City would start issuing fines after 5 days. Upon learning this, the group text thread between homeowners in our small enclave of homes started blowing up, with no less then 90 texts in 3 hours. The general consensus was that we needed to hire a professional to do the removal. From my understanding, several companies were suggested and/or contacted for bids, and radPAD ultimately won the bid. RadPAD was on site less then 4 days after presenting a bid, and was able to effectively remove the graffiti. I have since heard numerous friends and neighbors from around the community comment things like, “wow! You can’t even tell it was ever there!” and “if I hadn’t seen it myself then I wouldn’t have known that the wall was tagged!”. Thanks so much to RadPAD for making our wall clean again, and helping us avoid fines from the City! See more See less

We had a citronella candle get knocked over and the oil and wax stained a high visibility area of our concrete. This area was near several sensitive plants, and John was able to come out and not only lift/remove the stain but did so with tremendous care and concern for the surrounding area. It was a very difficult project, and he made it his personal mission to treat the area multiple times until it was completely removed. We would absolutely recommend RadPad for any project and will be setting up additional projects and recurring maintenance with them soon! See more See less
